Capture flow prototype

A clickable simulation of the field capture app. A capture saves on the device first, syncs when a connection returns, never creates a duplicate, and every photo can be found again months later.

Simulated for the proposal with sample data. The real app is built and tested on real devices in the first phase of the plan.

  1. Switch the connection off.
  2. Take photos, speak a note and save.
  3. Switch it back on and watch the sync.
  4. Open the photo trail and export the evidence pack.

    Each capture carries a unique Capture ID. If the connection drops during a sync, the record stays pending and resumes later. If the same ID arrives twice, the second one is ignored. Voice and scanned text fill fields only after the worker confirms them.
